Yoga Sessions for Women

Families United Network are always looking at the needs of both the young people they support and their parents and carers.  FUN are offering Yoga Sessions with a qualified instructor to help promote health and wellbeing.

Regular Yoga sessions assist with physical and emotional strength, harmony and awareness in both the body and mind helping you to become fitter and relaxed.

Many of our parents experience high levels of stress, and never enough time for themselves.  Attending Yoga once a week gives parents an opportunity to unwind and improve their well being as well as receiving physical exercise in a controlled environment with likeminded people.

Our qualified Yoga instructor is:  Melissa Campbell

Yoga classes are for women only and are held on Mondays (term time only)  from 9.45am to 10.45am.


Spring Term – 19th February, 26th February, 5th March, 12th March, 19th March and 26th March 2018 (6 weeks)

Bookings accepted now – members and non members welcome!


Spring Term 2 – 16th April, 30th April, 30th April, 14th May and 21st May 2018  (5 weeks)

Bookings accepted now – members and non members welcome!

9.45am – 10.45am.

£3 per session for members of our charity.
£5 per session for non-members
(Non-refundable block booking is required in advance)
