Adult Skills Workshops are for Adults aged 18 to 30 years. You will need to become a member and have had an induction with our course co-ordinator before attending.

Skills Workshops are designed for Adults with mild to moderate learning difficulties wishing to increase their day to day life skills to aid them to live more independently.
The full course is set to run over a total of 36 weeks (term time only) covering the topics below:
