Easter Family Holiday Club

Dear FUN Members

We are delighted to be able to release Easter Family Holiday Club brochure detailing our dates and activities over the Easter holidays.

Easter Family Holiday Club will run on the following dates from 10am to 4pm:

Tuesday 5th April 2022, Wednesday 6th April 2022, Friday 8th April 2022, Monday 11th April 2022, Tuesday 12th April 2022 and Wednesday 13th April  2022

** Wednesday 6th April and Wednesday 13th April will be our ‘Quiet days’ at FUN – this means that our activities will be calmer and quieter as there will be no loud music.

We will be operating a pre-booking system for our Family Holiday club. Members will be able to reserve their sessions from 10am on Tuesday 22nd March 2022.

How to book: Bookings for our Holiday Club sessions will open on Tuesday 22nd March at 10am.  You can book your places via this link:

Alternatively, you can contact the office to book on 01582 420800 . – please be aware that our phone lines can be very busy.

F.U.N. has again been able to secure some additional funding that is allowing us to offer all sessions of our Easter Holiday Club to all of our members FREE of charge.  This means that we will again be suspending all entry fees at our Easter Holiday Club sessions in April, so there will be no need to make payment when you book your places.  There will be no restriction on the number of sessions that members can book, and we will be offering places for up to 70 children/young people at each session, plus their parents and carers.

Every child/young person who has pre-booked to attend the Holiday Club will again be offered a FREE hot lunch whilst they are at the club.  (hot meals will be served until 2pm).

Our Coffee Shop will also be running as normal for you to purchase any other snacks or food that you wish (cash payments only please).  Please see a menu for our Coffee Shop attached.  Members are still welcome to bring their own snacks/lunches to the Club if you wish, but we request that these be eaten in the Coffee Shop as we do not allow food in the main activity hall.

Members are no longer required to show Covid Passes or to wear face coverings whilst at the club.  However, we would encourage all of our members to continue to test regularly at home and not to attend our Clubs if you have tested positive for Covid or are feeling unwell.

We are looking forward to seeing many of you at our Holiday Club over the Easter break.

Please remember to pre-book your Family Holiday club sessions.

Many thanks

The FUN Team
