Increase to F.U.N member fees and cancellation policy changes

Dear Fun Members

Due to recent rises in our staff costs, building running costs and other expenditure, we would like to inform you that from 1st April 2022, there will be increases to some of our member fees at some of our Clubs and Activities

From 1st April 2022, our Youth Club and Funzone Club fee will increase to £6.50 per person per session, and our Young Adults Club fee to £8.00 per person per session.

Our Adult Skills Workshop fee will increase to £90.00 for a 6-week block of sessions (total of 30 hours of support).

No other Clubs or activities are affected at this time.

Our Charity has not increased our member fees in over 3 years, and the rising cost of utilities and resources, coupled with changes to our funding, have necessitated these changes to our members fees. 

Also, from 1st April 2022, our Covid refund policy with be discontinued and our standard 7-day cancellation policy will again apply for all pre-booked clubs and activities.  This means that refunds will only be given where places are cancelled with at least 7 days notice.  If cancellations are made with less than 7 days notice, we will do our best to re-sell the place to another family to enable a refund to be offered, but this can not be guaranteed.
