Please download a copy of our October Half Term Holiday club leaflet

Once again, we will be operating a pre-request system for our Family Holiday club. Members will be able to pre-request their sessions from 10am on Tuesday 20th September 2022

How to request your dates: Pre-Requests for our Holiday Club sessions will open on Tuesday 20th September 2022 at 10am

You can request your places via this link:  https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/KD7NH3R

Alternatively, you can contact the office on 01582 420800  – please be aware that our phone lines can be very busy.

You will receive an email to confirm that you are booked on to the sessions you have requested within 48 hours.

F.U.N. has again been able to secure some additional funding that is allowing us to offer all sessions of our Half Term Holiday Club to all of our members FREE of charge.  This means that we will again be suspending all entry fees at our Holiday Club sessions in October, so there will be no need to make payment when you request your places.  (PLEASE NOTE -THERE WILL BE NO FREE LUNCH SERVED TO THE CHILDREN ON THIS OCCASION)

There will be no restriction on the number of sessions that members can pre request, and we will be offering places for up to 75 children/young people at each session, plus their parents and carers.

** IMPORTANT INFORMATION:  We would like to thank all of those families over the summer who called us in good time to let us know that they could not attend their booked sessions of our August Holiday Club, as this then allowed us to offer these places to other families.  However, unfortunately we still had a number of members who booked sessions and then did not attend, without calling the office to let us know.  This prevented us from offering these places to other families who wanted and needed the support that the Club offers.  Whilst we recognise that there may be occasions when unforeseen circumstances prevent families from letting us know that they cannot attend their booked sessions, in general we are asking all members to call the office in good time to let us know.  Please be aware that not attending the Holiday Club sessions that you have booked on multiple occasions without letting us know, will affect your ability to book Holiday Club sessions in the future.

Our Coffee Shop will also be running as normal for you to purchase any snacks or food that you wish (cash payments only please).   Members are still welcome to bring their own snacks/lunches to the Club if you wish, but we request that these be eaten in the Coffee Shop as we do not allow food in the main activity hall.

We are looking forward to seeing many of you at our Holiday Club over the Half Term holidays.

Please remember to pre-request your October Family Holiday club sessions.
