SUMMER FAMILY HOLIDAY CLUB – AUGUST 2023

FUN Members

Summer Family Holiday Club will run on the following dates from 10am to 4pm:

Week 1 – Tuesday 1^st August, Wednesday 2^nd August and Friday 4^th August 2023

Week 2 – Tuesday 8^th August, Wednesday 9^th August and Friday 11^th August 2023

Week 3 – Tuesday 15^th August, Wednesday 16^th August and Friday 18^th August 2023

Week 4 – Tuesday 22^nd August, Wednesday 23^rd August and Friday 25^th August 2023

Wednesdays will be ‘Quiet days’ at FUN – this means that our activities will be calmer and quieter and there will be no loud music.

Once again, we will be operating a booking system for our Family Holiday club.  Members will be able to request session dates from 10am on Monday 26^th June 2023

How to request your dates:

From 10am on Monday 26^th June 2023, you can request places at our Summer family Holiday Clubs by using this link: https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/NYJHT77

Alternatively, you can contact the office to request your places by calling 01582 420800.  Please be aware that our phone lines can get very busy, so please use the above link wherever possible.

Once your request for places has been submitted, you will then receive an email to confirm that you are booked onto the session(s) within 48 hours.

Our Summer Family Holiday Club will be FREE of charge for all of our members, so there will be no need to make payment when you request your places. 

Every child/young person attending the Holiday Club will again be offered a FREE lunch whilst they are at the club.  Please note that free lunches will be available from 11.30am to 1.30pm.

There will be no restriction on the number of Holiday Club sessions that you can request, and we will be offering places for up to 80 children/young people at each session, plus their parents and carers.

Our Coffee Shop, will be open for you to purchase a selection of drinks and snacks.  Our Coffee shop now accepts card and cash payments.   Members are still welcome to bring their own snacks/lunches to the Club, but we request that these be eaten in the Coffee Shop as we do not allow food in other areas of the building.

We are looking forward to seeing many of you at our Holiday Club over the Summer holidays.

** If you would like to attend a holiday club session that you do not have a booking for, please do call us on the day as we often get last minute cancellations allowing us to offer these places to other families **

** IF YOU HAVE BOOKED PLACES AT A SESSION, BUT ARE THEN UNABLE TO ATTEND, PLEASE LET US KNOW ASAP TO ALLOW OTHER FAMILIES TO BE ABLE TO BENEFIT FROM ATTENDING THE HOLIDAY CLUB **
