OCTOBER HALF TERM FAMILY HOLIDAY CLUB

Our Family Holiday Club will run on the following dates in the October Half term school holiday from 10am to 4pm:

Monday 23^rd October, Tuesday 24^th October and Wednesday 25^th October 2023

Once again, we will be operating a booking system for our Family Holiday club.  Members will be able to request session dates from 10am on Tuesday 3^rd October 2023.

How to request your dates:

From 10am on Tuesday 3^rd October 2023, you can request places at our October Half term Family Holiday Clubs by using this link:  https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/9D93232

Alternatively, you can contact the office to request your places by calling 01582 420800.  Please be aware that our phone lines can get very busy, so please use the above link wherever possible.

Once your request for places has been submitted, you will then receive an email to confirm that you are booked onto the session(s) within 48 hours. 

There will be no restriction on the number of Holiday Club sessions that you can request, and we will be offering places for up to 80 children/young people at each session, plus their parents and carers.

IMPORTANT Changes to our charging policy for Holiday Club

Due to the financial pressures that F.U.N. is experiencing, we are reluctantly making a change to our policy on providing free Holiday Club sessions throughout the year.  Whilst all Holiday Clubs held at Easter, Christmas and during August will remain FREE OF CHARGE, we will be re-introducing our fees for Holiday Clubs held during our May, October and February HALF-TERM holidays ONLY.    These entrance fees will mirror those used previously and are set at £6 per child or £15 for three or more children.  All parents, adult carers and children under 2 are free of charge.  Reintroducing these Holiday Club entrance fees during our Half-Term Holiday Clubs will help us to ensure that we can continue to offer our Holiday Club throughout the year in the future.

Please note that payment for half-term Holiday Club sessions will NOT be taken at time of booking and will NOT be required in advance.  Payment can be made on your arrival at the Holiday Club by cash or card on the day.

Our Coffee Shop, will be open for you to purchase a selection of food and drinks.  Our Coffee shop now accepts card and cash payments.   Members are still welcome to bring their own snacks/lunches to the Club, but we request that these be eaten in the Coffee Shop as we do not allow food in other areas of the building.

We are looking forward to seeing many of you at our Holiday Club over the October Half term holidays.

** If you would like to attend a holiday club session that you do not have a booking for, please do call us on the day as we often get last minute cancellations allowing us to offer these places to other families **
