Community Life – Green Token Scheme

Great News for FUN.

FUN has been one of three charities selected to take part in the Community Life Green Token Scheme at ASDA Superstore Dunstable through the month of May.

How can you help?

When you are shopping at ASDA Dunstable, the cashier will give you a green token, you will then need to post it into the Families United Network box.  At the end of May, ASDA will count up the tokens.  The donation value will depend on the quantity of tokens received.

So please do let your families and friends know so that they can also help support FUN whilst doing their weekly shop.

Tony and Sheena Burgess are running the 10k British London Run in aid of Families United Network after volunteering at the recently passed FUN comedy night.

They have signed up as a couple to complete this 10K event and are looking forward to the challenge ahead.
Tony & Sheena are currently in training and working hard and will post some pictures as the training progresses, Tony has already got himself some new gadgets and Sheena has dusted off her running shoes and re-joined a running club.
You can help us in many ways – donating:

Or, by supporting us with words of encouragement which would be great.
A good friend of ours is Vice Chair of Families United Network, and I know how hard she works to improve the services and facilities available to disabled children and we wanted to support a charity that is local to where we live.
