Christmas Family Holiday Club

Our Family Holiday Club will run on the following dates from 10am to 4pm:

Thursday 21^st December 2023

Friday 22^nd December 2023

Thursday 28^th December 2023

Friday 29^th December 2023

Thursday 21^st December and Thursday 28^th December will be ‘Quiet days’ at FUN – this means that our activities will be calmer and quieter and there will be no loud music.

Once again, we will be operating a booking system for our Family Holiday club. Members will be able to request session dates from 11am on Friday 24^th November 2023

How to request your dates:

From 11am on Friday 24^th November 2023 you can request places at our Christmas Holiday Clubs by using this link: https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/VL2PXP2

Alternatively, you can contact the office to request your places by calling 01582 420800. Please be aware that our phone lines can get very busy, so please use the above link wherever possible.

Once your request for places has been submitted, you will then receive an email to confirm that you are booked onto the session(s) within 48 hours.

Our Christmas Holiday Club will again be FREE of charge for all of our members, so there will be no need to make payment when you request your places.

Every child/young person attending the Holiday Club will again be offered a FREE lunch whilst they are at the club. Please note that free lunches will only be available until 2.00 pm

There will be no restriction on the number of Holiday Club sessions that you can request, and we will be offering places for up to 70 children/young people at each session, plus their parents and carers.

Please also note that from December we will be making some changes to the menu in our Coffee Shop, and further details about this will be sent out soon. Please remember that our Coffee shop accepts cash payment only. Members are still welcome to bring their own snacks/lunches to the Club, but we request that these be eaten in the Coffee Shop as we do not allow food in other areas of the building.

** If you would like to attend a holiday club session that you do not have a booking for, please do call us on the day as we often get last minute cancellations allowing us to offer these places to other families **
